We want to make getting your order as easy as possible. Standard deliveries are shipped with Evri and Next Day deliveries are shipped with DPD. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on the way.

  • Standard Delivery: UK mainland* (2–4 working days) – £2.99

  • Next Day Delivery: UK mainland* – £5.99 - Orders must be placed before 12pm for same day dispatch. Please note orders placed on a Friday before 12pm on a next day delivery service will  be delivered the next working day - Monday.

  • Free Delivery - To qualify for free delivery your cart needs to meet the minimum required value of £50

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.

*Shipping to Northern Ireland is sent via Royal Mail tracked and is calculated at checkout

Return Policies

🔄 Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love your order, but if something’s not quite right you can return it to us.

  • Return period: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and another 14 days to send it back.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • How to return: Contact us at woof@harryssofttoys.com to arrange your return. Unfortunately at present we are unable to offer free returns.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like an exchange, let us know when you get in touch.
