🔄 Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love your order, but if something’s not quite right you can return it to us.

• Return period: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and another 14 days to send it back.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• How to return: Contact us at hello@harryssofttoys.com to arrange your return. Unfortunately at present we are unable to offer free returns.

• Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Exchanges: If you’d like an exchange, let us know when you get in touch.
